Five existing wellbores (three currently producing); ~60 BOPD today; ~3,000 acres held by production with major cleanouts/workovers planned and multiple development locations.
CMR 28-40 Project
Single well acquired 2019 from Comstock; ~20–25 BOPD currently; ~2,000 acres with development upside; workovers planned to increase production.
Horseshoe Hill Project
Horseshoe Hill 10 #1 acquired June 2023; producing ~45–50 BOPD; ~1,950 acres held by production with workover/cleanout planned to enhance rates.
Tuscaloosa “A” Sand 15 Well Drilling Project
Acquired June 1, 2025; official test 1,801 BOPD + 500 MCFG; holds >3,200 acres by production (+15,000+ acres additional) with seven proven offsets and strong potential for Lower Tuscaloosa “A” Sand.
